We generally respond within 30 minutes with a private offer. For higher-priced clocks, we have integrated an automated "name your own price" feature on the product pages that makes it easy to make an offer and, if the offer is accepted, to complete the purchase.

We also offer a 100% Price Match Guarantee. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that any online retailer, including us, has a lower price for the same item within 6 months of your purchase, we will refund the difference to you.
