  • Butterworth Quad Chime movement is the battery operated chime movement with the deep and wonderful sound of a tubular bell grandfather clock movement but with the convenience and the accuracy of a quartz movement.
  • Our Quad Chime Movement operates on two C cell batteries, and has the largest speaker available of any chime movement - 3" in diameter. This movement works with or without a pendulum.
  • This full featured new movement has more great features than any other chime movement on the market today, starting with 4 chime options programmed in, a volume control and the following options: Westminster or Ave Maria chimes every 15 minutes with an hour count. Westminster of "Bim-Bam" chimes on the hour only with an hour count. Optional night strike shut off sounds at 11:00 PM and silent mode until 6:00 AM.
  • Dimensions: 4-9/16" Wide x 4-3/4" High x 1-1/8" Thick. 3 Inch remote speaker on an 18" cord - place anywhere with mounting clips and screws for the best possible sound.
  • Included: Mounting Hardware and Instructions. 1 year warranty. The movement is available in three sizes to accommodate various dial sizes and hand shaft lengths.  Quad #1:  17mm total hand shaft  for 1/4” thick dial
    Quad #2:  21mm total hand shaft length for 3/8” thick dial
    Quad #3:  27mm total hand shaft length for 1/2” thick dial.
