The clock has wooden hands, bird, and a wooden dial. It features incredible wood carvings with exquisite detail. This design is also available with an 8-day movement – see model 8243.

The clock comes packaged in genuine recycled materials, each clock made and packaged BY HAND by Black Forest craftsmen the same way they have been for hundreds of years. The cuckoo bird, hands, and numbers are all made of solid wood. The sound of the bird is produced by real, mechanized wooden whistles.
