The Woodchopper is an 8-day, musical cuckoo clock with a large 36-note music box boasting an excellent sound. The clock has a nighttime shut-off lever so you can turn off the music and cuckoo and leave the timekeeping function running.The dial, hands, and numbers and bird are all of the solid wood. The shingles on the roof are individually laid, and all the carvings are done by hand by the Black Forest master carver. Every single part of the clock is made in the Black Forest in strict adherence with the tradition and the clock is certified by the VDS
